Rob DiMurro

Group President, Harris Utilities

Rob is responsible for the strategic planning and direction of all Harris Utilities business divisions. He works closely with each business to develop growth strategies with an emphasis on innovation, long-term customer relationships and world-class service for the utility industry. Rob has more than two decades of executive leadership experience in the software business, and has been a member of the Harris executive team since 1999.

Prior to becoming president of Harris Utilities, Rob served in various key roles within the company—most recently as general manager of multiple business divisions, where he propelled the development and delivery of smart grid solutions to new and existing utility customers.

Before joining Harris, Rob was a director with Geac Computers, a combined billion-dollar supplier of software to multiple vertical markets worldwide.

 

Peter Fanous

Executive Vice President, Advanced Utility Systems

Focused on expanding market share and offering superior quality to all customers, Peter is responsible for the overall direction and performance of Advanced, including product development, sales and marketing, professional services, and support of CIS Infinity and its suite of products.

Peter joined Advanced in 1999 and ushered the company into the Harris family in 2006. With many years experience in the utility market, he has worked with hundreds of utilities to successfully implement CIS Infinity and adjacent products. His leadership approach—in combination with his experience, innate technical ability and unaffected style—inspire excellence in the delivery of software solutions to the utility industry.

Peter attended Ryerson University in Toronto, where he earned a bachelor of commerce degree in business information systems.

 

Brad Atchison

Executive Vice President, Cayenta

Brad’s career stretches back nearly two decades in the utility market. Currently responsible for the overall direction of Cayenta—including product direction, sales, professional services and support—Brad works with the management team to deliver superior business solutions and expand market share. He joined Harris in 2004 as director of professional services and was instrumental in creation of the Business Solutions group and development of the Cayenta CRM and portal modules, as well as mobile service order, dashboard and customer self service functionality.

Previously, Brad served as Cayenta’s director of development services and senior application consultant. He also worked at BC Hydro, where he served as a financial analyst and later as manager of market information and analysis in the utility’s industry leading Power Smart business unit.

Brad received his bachelors of commerce degree in finance from the University of British Columbia in 1991, and is also a Certified General Accountant.

 

Randy Brookes

Executive Vice President, Cognera

Randy brings more than 15 years of executive experience to the leadership of Cognera, where he has served since 2008.

Previously, Randy was vice president of business operations for Service Intelligence, a market research services company that delivers business intelligence, customer experience evaluation and training to large organizations throughout North America. He gained his energy and utility industry experience during more than 10 years at ATCO I-Tek, where he held positions in business analytics, customer billing, and call centre management.

Randy earned his bachelor of science in chemistry at the University of Calgary. His education also includes coursework in business law and economics at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.

 

Kelly Dawson

Executive Vice President, Cogsdale

Since 2004, Kelly has served in various roles at Cogsdale, including product designer, vice president of product development, and chief operating officer. As executive vice president, she is responsible for the strategic direction of Cogsdale’s products and services, as well as the development of long-term partnerships with new and existing clients.

Her more than 17 years experience in software development and service delivery includes various management positions with companies such as Deltaware and Aquilium Software. She is a dedicated leader widely recognized for her ability to help employees realize their strengths and potential.

Kelly received her bachelor of commerce from St. Mary’s University with a double major in computer science and business administration. She also earned her MBA at St. Mary’s in 1995.

 

Chris Lewis

Executive Vice President, Harris Utilities SmartWorks

As Executive Vice President for a leading smart grid technology company in North America, Chris works with industry partners, consultants and utilities to drive solutions that will transform the utility industry and evolve the modernization of the power and water grids. With more than 15 years of leadership and management experience in energy, utilities and enterprise-technology Chris is focused on delivering valuable and innovative solutions for the modern utility and propelling business growth. 

Chris has been with Harris Utilities for the past five years working in positions such as the Director of Marketing Development at Cognera and the Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining Harris Utilities, Chris held a variety of senior executive level positions with companies such as Enmax and Direct Energy. He is a graduate of the University of Calgary and a proud father of Jaida, 10 and Tyson, 7.

 

Ponder Wright

Executive Vice President, inHANCE Utility Solutions

Ponder is responsible for overseeing the development, sale, implementation and support of inHANCE products and services. He is also a member of the senior Harris Utilities management team, which sets strategy for the company’s utility management software solutions.

A veteran of the vertical software market, Ponder has been involved in various aspects of the software industry since 1987. Prior to joining Harris in 2004, he served six years in senior management with Invensys Inc. and Sensus Metering Inc. A former owner of software and technology companies, Ponder also served as a technology consultant for small businesses and government agencies, helping decision makers evaluate and implement vertical software solutions.

 

Ken Hayes

Executive Vice President, NorthStar Utilities Solutions

Ken brings a wealth of utility-sector experience to NorthStar Utilities Solutions. Over the past 17 years Ken has held a variety of leadership roles in the utility industry both with NorthStar, as well as Decatur Utilities–a NorthStar customer. Most recently, he served as Vice-President of Business Development at NorthStar for 7 years, where he played a critical role in servicing existing and prospective customers while driving business growth.  Ken specializes in establishing long-term customer relationships with a focus on business-solutions, which address the advancing needs of our customers.  


Raja Mukherjee

Executive Vice President, Systems & Software

Focused on business growth and building strong customer loyalty and retention, Raja is responsible for overall product strategy including technical development, product placement and professional services.

He has played a pivotal role at Systems & Software since 2001. As a software development manager and vice president of research and development, he was instrumental in the creation of the company’s enQuesta software—both the core product and key modules.

Previously, Raja worked with NIIT Inc, one of the world’s leading IT consulting companies. Among other achievements, he led more than 20 IT professionals in the successful implementation of mission critical Y2K measures for a premier NIIT client—one of the largest banks in the Middle East.

Raja earned his degree in mechanical engineering from India’s Jadavpur University.
